These dogs are still at animal services. They will work with you if you cannot afford the fee and let you pay over time. !!!

Make sure you did everything in Paw Guide app. It is free and all about finding lost cats and dogs. They also share your flyer on social media platforms for free so it's seen and shared by more people. Worth trying.
