I hope someone can get them off the road and keep them safe. Get momma scanned for a microchip. Do not hand over to anyone without proof of ownership. People with bad intentions will sell those puppies and momma, or use momma for dog fights. Hope they can get reunited with owner if they weren’t dumped. I had a 16 year old female Rottweiler pass away a couple years ago. She was the sweetest dog. 🙏
