Hi I don't know who the owner is. I'm a student who walks with my brother very early in the morning through this street and a few behind the jail. My brother and I used to see an extremely similar cat come up as we are walking. She is very friendly and super hyper. She would walk right up to us and jump up on our leg asking for pets. We thought she was an outside cat so didn't worry. She was very skinny but looked healthy. About a week or two ago, we stopped seeing the cat. Around the time this post was made was when we stopped seeing her. I'm not 100% sure if that was the cat but after school I will head to that street. Not sure if the cat would come if I called Missy or psps but I think it's worth a try. Does anyone know the owners Facebook if they have one? Pls lmk asap
