Minni was born a male but was deed about 2½-3yrs old he has always been more female rather than male ... he would be about 4½-5yrs old now he was stolen off of a second storey balcony roughly a year ago now... we contacted rspca and animal welfare league south Australia as soon as we realised that minnie was missing... they had posted minnie on Facebook lost pets pages and I had been trying,looking and searching for Minnie for about 3-4 weeks trying to get in touch with the catcher's,... when we finally got hold of someone they told us that....WHY HAVE YOU WAITED SO LONG TO CONTACT THEM AND THAT WE PRETTY MUCH DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MINNIE BUT WHAT THEY WOULDN'T LISTEN TO OR UNDERSTAND IS THAT MY PARTNER MINNES MOTHER WAS IN hosp IN A EXTREMELY AND LIFE THEATING SITUATION WHERE SHE HAD TO BE PUT IN AN INDUCED COMMA/LIFE SUPPORT WHEN SHE WAS RELEASED FROM hosp AROUND XMAS AND NEW YEARS 2022 WAS ONLY ABOUT A WEEK MAYBE A WEEK AND A HALF MAXIMUM AND AS SOON AS THE SHELTER'S REOPEN IN JANUARY 2023 AND THATS WHEN WE REALLY DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO FIND OUT WHO AND WHY MINNIE WAS TAKEN WE WERE TOLD TGAT SOMEONE SAID THAT MINNIE WASN'T BEING FEED BUT EVERYNIGHT I WOULD RETURN AND FEED MINNIE AND WHEN I WOULD GET INTO BED MINNIE WAS RIGHT THERE WITH ME PURRING IT LITTLE LUNGS OUT AND EVERY MORNING I WOULD TELL MINNIE TO BE GOOD AND TRY NOT TO STRESS OUT MUM WOULD BE SOON MY PARTNER WAS RELEASED AND THAT DAY MINNIE WAS STILL IN THE flt AND GOT TO SER MUMMY AND GIVE HER BIG CUDDLES AND KISSES BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY PARTNER ENDED UP NEEDING TO BE REAMITTED BACK INTO hosp AND IT WAS TGAT AFTERNOON THAT MINNIE HAD GONE MISSING OF OFF THE BALCONY WHERE SHE WATCHED MUMMY HEADING BACK TO hosp LATER THAT NIGHT WHEN I RETURNED MINNE WAS NO LONGER IN THE flt AND THE NEXT MORNING A NEIGHBOUR TOLD ME THST SOMEONE WAS THROWING DOOD UP THERE AND WAS TRYING TO CALL MINNIE OFF THE BALCONY AND THATS THE LAST HE KNEW AS HE WAS HEADING INSIDE TO HAVE DINNER SO HE COULDN'T TELL ME ANYMORE BECAUSE WE COULDN'T CONTACT RSPCA OR ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE UNTIL THE NEW YEAR WE GOT THE RESPONSE FROM THEM THAT BECAUSE WE HAD TAKEN SO LONG TO CONTACT THEM THAT THEY HAD ALREADY ENTERED MINNIE INTO THE ADOPTION PROCESS AND THAT HE WAS CARENTLY ON A TRIAL ADOPTION WITH A NEW FAMILY AND WHEN WE ASK TO SPEAK OR TO BE CONTACTED BY THE MANAGER OF RSPCA AND ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE THEY KEPT GIVING US THE RUN AROUND AND WOULDN'T LET US SPEAK OR BE CONTACTED BY THE MANAGERS AND THEN WE WERE TOLD THAT SORRY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TAKEN SO LONG MINNIE HAS BEEN ADOPTED BY THE NEW FAMILY AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WE COLD DO TO TRY AND GET MINNIE BACK SO WE ADOPTED A NEW KITTEN THAT RAN AWAY AS SHE DIDN'T COME OUT OF HER SAND WAS VERY HISSY AND EXTREMELY SCARED OF HER OWN SHADOW SHE HAD TAKEN OFF WE HAD BEEN TRYING TO CATCH HER FOR 3-4DAYS AND ON ABOUT THE 5TH DAY SHE WAS FOUND BY OUR hse MATE SHE HAD BEEN RAN OVER BY A CAR AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT ANYONE COULD HAVE DONE ... STILL TO THIS DAY WE HAVEN'T STOPPED LOOKING FOR MINNIE AND WE NEVER WILL IF POSSIBLE IF SOMEONE ELSE HAS ADOPTED MINNE COULD YOU PLEASE SOME HOW TRY TO CONTACT US AND LET US KNOW IF IF THE RSPCA AND ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE HAS LIED TO US AND MINNIE WAS NEVER ADOPTED OUT BUT SOMEONE ...
