He's a white bichon poodle with a blue hoodie on with a blue harness underneath it, with a service dog keychain on the harness. Obviously someone could have taken that off of him by now so he might look like he does in this picture instead. He's 18 years old and sleeps a lot but when he's awake he's still the same adorable ornery puppy he's always been!He has cataracts in both eyes, he can't get up and down steps unless it's only 1 or 2 bc he needs a haircut lol so his hair is probably in his eyes. He does have a chip...if you have ANY INFORMATION at all…PLEASE call or text me anytime Day or Night! Or bring him to any vet or shelter so they can do a scan to check if it’s him!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 He's just a little old man, and he deserves to be safe and warm, curled up in his blanket...not wondering for the first time in his life where his mom is, especially at this age! So please...anything anyone can do to bring him back to me...you have no idea what he means to me! He's a little scruffy, he definitely needs a bath and a groom...other than that he's a really happy, good boy! But right now I'm sure he's just as scared and confused as I am! ...We live in Delaware but he was lost in Philadelphia There is a CASH REWARD for his safe return! Thank you so much!
