Holiday Female Dog

LOST PET ID: 70271445

Oconee County, SC 29672

My dog holiday is missing!! She is red brindle and white nursing. Five puppies 1-year-old half white face blockhead beautiful the girl. Holiday was stolen by Oconee county Animal Control . After charging me $60 per day for her boarding and my refusal to sign her over because I "couldn't afford it" I was put in jail for a warrant involving holiday leaving the yard and eating a chicken months ago. Sergeant neighbors from oconee county animal control seemed very satisfied to tell me that she was sent off somewhere to a rescue that she could not disclose to me. I was never called or notified that they were taking my dog and giving her away against our will. This was personal, illegal, and unfair. I am physically sick over this . Please help if you can. DS's did nothing but excuse what happend. I called several shelters and rescues in the area with no leads. They did however offer empathy and confirm that there is something really wrong going on here. I have a. Doctor's note to allow me to keep my dog with me at all times She is important to My overall health and well-being and now she's gone. I am looking forward to seeing her again. I know I will. If you have any information please help us.

I lost my pet. What should I do?

Take advantage of online platforms – they help you get the word out, quickly and easily. You can report your lost pet to PawBoost in no time flat. We’ll send an email alert to our local members, post to the PawBoost-powered Facebook page for your area, add your pet to our lost & found, and make a lost pet flyer – all for free.

Other sites that help you raise local awareness for your lost pet with minimal time and effort are Nextdoor.com – a PawBoost partner – and Craigslist. Both of these sites have very active lost & found sections mainly used for lost pets. We highly recommend you use these resources in addition to PawBoost!

If chipped, make sure your pet’s microchip is registered and up to date. If you don’t know your pet’s chip manufacturer or number, your vet should be able to help locate this information.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the Greenville community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
