He is currently molting, and the feathers on his head are starting to turn white. He does not have a leg band. He may be scared and hiding nearby in trees, bushes, on rooftops, or in someone’s backyard. If you see him, please do not chase him or try to grab him. Please try to remember the location and text me as soon as possible.
