Beamer was sucessfully caught by Brittany Schreff at ERC last night. She and a friend, Barb Stockard worked tirelessly following leads, sightings, and stocking feeding stations in the area. Brittany spotted Beamer late yesterday afternoon in the backyard in a subdivision and when she wouldn't come to her, she setup a trap. It wasn't long before Beamer, being crate trained from a baby, went in and was captured. She is safe at with Barb until we make arrangements in the next day or so to go down to pick her up. Thank you to everyone involved in Beamer's safe return! I can't tell you how thankful I am for all the volunteers that stepped up! Emergency Rescue Consultancy is a 501(3)(c) helping find pets in the Springfield area and did an outstanding job on our case.
