She was last spotted on Rutter st in Portsmouth or near the mlk expressway... she has also been spotted near TCC and also near the taco bell on portsmouth blvd so we believe she could be anywhere in between. This pretty kitty has been roaming the Nichols Park neighborhood of Virginia Beach for several weeks now. Nichols Park is in the Lexington development near the intersection of South Plaza Trail and Princess Anne (23462). Seems to be friendly and not too scared of humans. Most of the neighbors and seen it and are giving it food.
