Spotted eating garbage behind bonefish, definitely wearing tags and collar. I tried to grab his collar but he yelped and I let go :(

Was he ever rescued? Someone needs to trap him that is a very dangerous place to be roaming. & too cold. Has anyone posted signs contacted the neighborhood websites & contacted the VET office on six forks rd across from the Morman church? PRAYERS❤❤

Sharing——there were 2 other dogs Found at Lassiter Mill and Marlowe. They too had collars—-matching collars. One dog is believed to be a nursing mom.
