(2) Scan for microchip (vet, shelters, area pet stores) should do it for free (3) Notify animal control ITS THE LAW TO DO THIS (file a found report on the Found area do not have to turn in but file ) OWNERS will CHECK there first. If you can’t contain, please ask them to pick up or take to shelter, much safer there than on streets. There was a tourniquet around his neck that was possibly used as a collar. He has an actual collar now.
