Did you check if he had a chip? Did you put up a pawboost.com post which is Free? I guarantee you his owners are looking for him and it’s really something you have to do to try to get the owners you can’t just keep the dog that isn’t right. I had a pug and I love pugs, but you have to do the right thing please was he chipped
