Sam was a feral/stray cat that appeared here an 2 years ago. It took a long time but he finally became an indoor/outdoor cat. He’s extremely anxious around people and is not likely to approach anyone. He’s been neutered but not chipped. He rarely leaves the yard when he goes outside.
