This cat showed up on our porch this morning in one of our feral shelters. Unlike our usual visitors this cat looks like they were recently groomed and not used to being outside. They have been roaming around West 122nd Street just south of Lorain.

I emailed for update but I’ve never got a response through Pawboost email, 15 years and no clue where to even find them, they don’t go to my email or Google mail.

Patricia Kennedy Maybe, we never know and since as you see rarely do owners look for their pets. I wonder what happened with him?

Sandy Thomas Also why I get so mad when I say do not post or listen to 90% of copy/paste, listen to people that lives revolve around cats, colonies, feral, cats period, this is our life 24/7/365, and yet people get mad at me and stead of listening and simply finding their cats. No way am I saying I’m the pro of all pros but o this is what we do, our unpaid jobs that cost us all our money. Must love cats! 😂 Like if my car tie rod broke, I wouldn’t ask a fb dancer to fix it, If ask a car pro, no difference. Okay rant over.

Sandy Thomas That’s why it’s great to post them, neighbors may know who the indoor/outdoors are, they and feeders are always posting- new friendly lap cat showed up in the colony I care for today. Same, I say it and pm it hundreds of times a week- talk to Nbors ask if they fed him and ask who your local feeders and ask if they’ve seen him, cats/animals rarely leave a food source, idc if theyve slept on your pillow or porch for a decade- that instinct of idk where I’ll find my next meal kicks in. These are facts, we are pro’s for years (thanks I learn from the best! 💕), If they want to find their cat, 99% of the time they can- physically.

Sandy Thomas Heart wrenching. We see thousands lost weekly and most literally won’t step outside to look for them. 😿
