Male, looks very unkept & matted fur, has a collar which looks extremely loose. Looks like he could be a ragdoll. Isn’t neutered.

I’ve seen this cat roaming around my area for quite a while now. Initially, I didn’t think much of it, but I’ve since noticed he is really dirty/matted/hungry after getting a good close-up look at him when he came to see my female cat. He’s very skittish, but is willing to come to you when he is comfortable. He’s not neutered, and is wearing a collar which has loosened a lot. He’s obviously not been with his owner for quite some time judging by his appearance. He’s very hungry as well, he scoffed down two pouches of wet food without so much as a breath taken.
