Frances Wales I went to the place the little dog was spotted and drove around the streets. No luck. I am hoping praying the dog made its way home

Hi all, I drove to Marble Arch on the 20th, went up and down many streets l, spoke to a man walking his Spaniel and the little dog is nowhere to be found. I hope and pray he/she has been reunited with his/her owner. I got there at 2 and left at 3.30.

I feel so sad for this puppy. Looks like my gorgeous boy. The person that took these pics, said she couldn’t pick him up because she was walking to work 😞 Stuff work!!
