Brooklyn Seprodi do you want to try to do a live trap? also, put blanket or clothing out that smells like you/him ("home") you have probably tried a lot of things already but don't give up --I understand it is hard--with him not being neutered, he may have "instincts" to be on the prowl but don't lose hope--and it is Very helpful to tell all neighbors as he may be in someone's garage, shed, under a deck, etc
