This is Earl and she decided to get brave and flew out the door of my mother's apmt and over the balcony. She is not a strong flier and even less graceful with landing. She was a neglected bird and my mother took her in and has worked with her for years. She can talk and says many things but her favorites are "Hi Earl", "The Bird", "Meow", and "What". If sighted call or as she doesnt trust many humans and will potentially bite if she gets scared. She has never been outside like this and likely is scared and disoriented.
