Open a Found Cat Report with the SPCA via spca.com His photo will then be posted on teh SPCA site Provide good photos taken face view and close. If you have a secure transporter, bring him to a vet clinic to see if he has a microchip. there is no fee for this service. If you cannot shelter the cat indoors, try putting a wide elastic around his neck and securely attach a note onto it asking the owner to contact you.
