He will be hiding close to home under or behind something. Go to your neighbour's with a pic of Oracle and ask them to check their yards. Go out after dark and walk around in the area and say his name, not yelling, calmly saying his name. Call the animal shelters and Veterinarians in the area as well. Put up colourful posters in the area asap.
