No, he's not feral. Way too friendly. And ear is not notched. But thank you. He's still hanging around.

Is this a feral cat? We had a feral cat that fits this description in our neighborhood that has been missing for a while. He had a bobbed tail but his ear is notched and do not see that in this picture. Also he would not let anyone touch him.
