Go out at night with a flashlight and look for his eyes. Also post on Ring

Ask neighbors to check sheds, crawl spaces, garages, under decks, bushes, and anywhere else he could be trapped or hiding. Put up flyers, post on NextDoor, and notify and visit animal control. Best of luck!
