Thank you for your help and your genuine compassion for her well being. Im absolutely heart broken that I need to rehome her. But im at a lose with keeping her in the backyard. Not only does she run up a 8'wood fence and does some parcore or motocross type of things but she will make lightwork of collars and tags. She has a personality like no other k9 ive ever been around and some of her is wild, untamed, and thats what is making her go on her tours of the neighborhood.

She clearly gets out often. I picked her up not that long ago and the GB Police brought her to the Humane Society. No collar. Super friendly. Hope you're able to figure out a way to stop this. That is a busy area and I'm afraid one of these times it's not going to end well.
