Sandy Shaw Brooks why would you make an assumption and a rude comment. Most people don’t have dogs on a leash in a fenced in backyard.

Sandy Shaw Brooks we were in the backyard of my uncle’s home in this photo… she does not just roam off-leash in public. She was in a fenced backyard where the gate was left open by movers when she got out, if you read the post.
