Felix cannot meow very loud due to injuries when he was a kitten, he has never ever been outside. we're just really hoping that somebody can find him and get him back home to my son. He is absolutely terrified of any loud noises and he has very afraid of dogs, he's a very very quiet timid cat. He's fully up to date on all of his vaccinations however he does rip his collar off so he is not wearing one. we are just asking anybody if they find him if they can please try to pick him up and give us a call so we can come and get him home to my son. Thank you so much.
