Base of East Rock State Park at the end of Orange Street. Dog seems to be confused, non-aggressive, white husky about 55 pounds. Wearing a collar, quite skittish so I could not get a picture or approach the dog.

Found this sweet dog roaming around East Rock at 10 o’clock on Thursday, June 11. Called the animal shelter but they don’t open until 1230, called the police department, but they won’t come for a roaming dog. Dog was skittish and I did not want to further agitate unfortunately I could not get an accurate photo but the photo I included is of a white husky similar to this one.
