Susan Surane Melcher I agree that people are responsible for keeping their pets secured and safe. But if a pet gets loose, they can easily lose their scent in the rain.🤷‍♀️ My dogs don't get loose!

My dog doesn’t always wear a collar and maybe these people haven’t checked for a chip, especially if they don’t even know the gender of this dog. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Ray Morris I agree Ray. I was raised with dogs, have always had dogs in my life and guess what? I’ve NEVER lost a dog. This is plain irresponsibility. Tags and chips work wonders if your pet should somehow get out.
