Message from Owner

Miles is skittish, he has grown up mostly secluded apart from our family dogs. He is a kind soul and has a sweet heart. On our cross country move he jumped out of the car 5 hours from where we started and 15 hours from our destination. He ran into the woods and we couldn’t find him again. I adopted him at 5 months after he was rescued from the Florida hurricanes , I was his first human aside from those payed to help him. I fell in love with him. We sleeps next to my head at night, follows me around the hse, and he even brings me stuff to make me feel better when I’m sad. Please help me bring my baby home. I miss him and am struggling to wrap my mind around him being gone.

Sorry it happened. Yours escaped and ran off . Mine were taken without without my permission and consent. One to a local rescue who refused to return her to her rightful home because I didn’t have a microchip and vet paperwork. Despite multiple pictures. She was eventually adopted out to a stranger and I don’t know how she is or where she is . The other cat a sweet little black bobtail kitten I found after almost being hit by a car was also taken after being with me for 6 months. He basically slept in my bedroom, many times next to me by my head . We were very bonded. I know exactly how you feel . For me it’s been 31/2 months. The pain of the loss never subsides or gets easier. Especially because they were ripped away and the rescue refused to do the decent and right thing and return her . Animals. Dogs and cats are the best , a sedative, tranquilizer to keep you sane in this cold cruel heartless world. Quite frankly I like so many other animal lovers have developed people fatigue as I’ve gotten a little older and see how humans treat each other. Just give me my animals and a quiet isolated area far away from humanity. Unfortunately most of us are forced by necessity to live in the human jungle. Good luck in finding yours , I know it must hurt like
