Have you checked for a microchip? A veterinarian clinic should scan it for free and that'll have all the owners contact info. If he's not chipped then he is absolutely, definitely without a doubt 100% my dog.... Seriously check for a microchip and try not give him to the wrong person, puppy's will come to anyone to any name and there are dishonest people
