Green body, thin white rings around eyes, about 6 inches head to tip of tail

-Responds to “hey bird” said in a sweet voice, knows his name, loves and responds to jars of peanut butter. -Has full wing feathers. Very flighty and scared of the outdoors. About 6” from head to tip of tail. -In flight, his feathers are blue, yellow, and white. His body is green and has thin rings of white around his eyes. -His chirp is like a loud burst of two quick notes together. -Lost in the Springlake neighborhood between Hwy 51 & the Muskogee Turnpike. -WAS HEARD in the Turtle Creek neighborhood but then lost the sound of his call.
