Message from Owner

Jack got spooked during out final move out after selling hse on Westcliff Circle. He was reported by neighbors to still be sitting in his window and inside of hse the night after we left. However the new owner is apparently a flipper wholesaler type and is not interested in helping reunite Jack with his family. They said I was trespassing to show up and look for him. Then when they did let me go back into the hse a woman followed me with a video camera and later claimed I stole their drill while looking for him. I have no interest in their tools or the property anymore. I sold it. They will not be helpful in finding Jack. The best we can hope for is that a kind neighbor finds him and takes him to the Humane Society. He is listed there and on Nextdoor. Jack has lived at 2965 Westcliff circle since he was a baby and is very home oriented. He’s not likely to roam too far. He’ll be hungry and thirsty by now. We’re hoping someone may find him or see him on a ring camera. Thank you for any help in finding him. We are very worried and that is compounded by the strange behavior of the new owner n his crew.

Suzan Reynolds thank you. The new owner is a flipper I figured out n he has a contractor crew consisting of a husband n wife who I think are just sent in to clean n get ready for construction work. They are very strange n paranoid. Why would I want back in a house I just sold other than a lost pet. Jack climbs the apple tree n crosses over roof to get into upstairs window so I expect he’ll be sitting on the roof at night, like he has done all his life, waiting to get in probably many times. The neighbors are watching out for him. But at this point I’d have to call the police to even go pick him up. I don’t want any trouble from those people. Luckily ring cameras can see my house n I won’t be going back there bc of the threat. It’s very bizarre situation. The lady said I was looking for my “imaginary” cat. What on earth would make someone say that. There’s nothing to do but hope someone can catch him n take to the Humane Society at this point.

Get out calling Kitty's name especially early and late when it's quiet. Search high and low with a flashlight. Put up posters with number large. Enough to be seen while driving. And post on nextdoor. Com

That is sad that the new owner will not assist. The cat will return to that location - someone needs to make that new owner aware that you want your cat back. If a neighbor can help you by setting up a scent station using your worn clothing - but honestly it is best if you are there. What a sad case - I hope that the new owner lets you on the property so you can retrieve your cat. Prayers.
