Why do you think he is uncared for? He needs groomed? Mine needs groomed he just got one a lil o er a month ago I’m not getting him groomed till about the 1st we do fall on hard times plus I do mine about every 2 in a half months his fur is growing so fast

I’m not changing my mind. I hope no one claims him because he definitely was not taking care of. I would call someone to stop them getting him back. I not sure who you could call.

I hope nobody dumped this baby. Matted and malnourished doesn't sound good. Sounds like they haven't been cared for in a while. Praying for this baby.
