Charles Charlington you have a more ridiculous outlook and sense of responsibility as a human being if you think it is acceptable to speak to people like this. You should be ashamed of yourself

Charles Charlington are you thick in the head? This family is already heartbroken over the loss of their father and are now desperate to find their cat that he gifted them - it baffles me that inconsiderate morons like yourself lack such empathy and feel the need to make light of animals getting hit by cars and accusing someone of mere negligence over a cat going missing? This is not only cruel but really does show your miserable existence. I hope you get the help you need Charles.

This person just lost their cat. A pet their late father gave them as per the post if you actually read it. Please think about how you have used such aggressive language, and consider leading with a bit of basic human decency next time you go to comment something like this, especially on a grieving persons post. No amount of care for native wildlife warrants this kind of language, especially at the expense of other humans. Outdoor cats have roamed freely for thousands of years; plenty of responsible owner make that choice. Your point might have merit in another context, but this is certainly not the time or place. also - commenting that you wish a cat gets hit by car, on a grieving persons post (no less) is not in any way environmental advocacy like you think it is, I think anyone can agree with me that it is simply cruel. This cruelty has completely discredited any point you may have regarding wildlife. Please move on from this, and maybe even take a step outside in your beloved nature, think about the way you have spoken to another human being and how you have wished death upon a living, breathing animal, and touch some grass.

Wishing a cat gets hit by a car on a persons post who has stated they were given the cat by their late father, and thus would be VERY special to them, is not environmental advocacy, it’s cruelty. I am all for promoting environmentalism but not with this level of aggression and at the expense of other HUMANS. You’ve completely discredited any legitimate point you may have about wildlife. There is NO version of caring about native wildlife that requires you to wish death on a lost pet. Wow.

The late night walk with a torch is how many have found their lost cats - please start doing this asap. Also and distributing flyers. This is a great local resource for finding your lost cat. https://www.scaredycats.com.au/find-lost-cat/find-lost-cat-step-by-step-guide/
