Description
Looks to be a small, all black cat. Very skittish and won't go near humans (5ft or less and it would flee but stayed in the area). Did meow & respond when we called out to it.
Message from Finder
We could not get close enough to see any discerning features. The cat is in the forest area by two cndmnium complexes. Could not get the cat to approach us.
