Young, Clean Rottweiler - Very Exhausted from the heat

We found this young Rottweiler wandering through traffic at Forest and Stults lane, very exhausted and dehydrated. We were able to put a leash on, give it water and get it out of the road. It was very aggressive when getting less than a foot, but very timid further out and let us lead it on the leash. Animal services finally came around 5PM 6.26 and checked him into DAS downtown. A1291984 is his number - He is on 3 day stray hold. He was not fixed, and maybe a year to a year and a half old. Clean and trimmed nails.
