Take a look at that dog. That is neglect. There is muscle wasting on the hips. This dog was returned to owner from Bella Vista animal shelter. Despicable. If you need help with your dog, you make urgent pleas, not let him stave. Very upsetting. Calling everyone I can in the morning starting with the Attorney General’s Office. They can guide me. This lady needs help taking care of her dog, and this shelter needs training and consequences.

If you look at this dog and see her original post this dog is emaciated beyond worms. I’m stunned Bella Vista animal shelter released this dog to owner and there should be consequences all around. The animal laws in this state are disgusting
