I don’t think he’s in any pain. Especially once the matting was gone. His bottom was irritated. His nails are clipped. He’s settled in very well and enjoying it.

Poor baby he’s been severely neglected or has been out on his own for a very long time. Please contact one of the rescues listed so a good home can be found with caring people. Thank you for saving this baby! Such a devastating sight!! I can’t even imagine the pain this baby is in!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🐶🐶 there are so many rescues in this city to help you. Bless you.

The dog was taken to a vet immediately yesterday. He had no chip. They scanned his entire body. He’s been groomed and is currently being cared for by my mom. He’s sweet. Someone loved this guy at some point which is very confusing. He just wants to sit in your lap and be loved. He’s a senior.
