Please keep us updated. The truth is that many owners assume once a bird flies away, it will never be found. My daughter adopted one about a year ago in Florida after an exhaustive effort to find his owners. They never came forward.

You can see if the Cedar Valley Humane Society takes birds, but I'm sure the critter would be happier in a home while waiting for owners to come forward. You could call them to report the bird found just in case an owner reported it lost.
