sorry but I'm a bit confused, if the cat is chipped why aren't the owners being contacted directly, is the phone number on it not in use anymore, cos if that is the case then that tells me the owners couldn't care that much if they never changed their details, beautiful fur baby so cute and precious 🥰🥰
