Sharon Holland I have rescues and I also fostered for 5 years, I always told my adopters to always have them on a leash, and I have a choker collar on all my dogs as back up if the other one breaks or stretches out. They can't back out of a choker collar. But seeing as we don't know the story on how this one got loose it's hard to put blame any where

Jill Schubitzke That is what I understood. The rescuses do not do a good enough job explaining how they ALL run. They don't understand where they are and try to go back where they last felt safe.

Sharon Holland it didn't say how he got loose, or did I miss that. It says he is a rescue, that doesn't mean he's in a rescue, he might have been recently adopted
