Immediately put up found dog signs immediately. Time is of the essence. I just did it twice in the last 8 months and both dogs got home safely. Timing is the key ..Grab 2 poster boards fold them in half cut it cut it again you will have eight squares use permanent marker fill it out with phone number and put up in area it was found and on cross streets nearby and all up-and-down the main road closest to that area immediately..grab hammer and nails quick fast cheap and easy. Get everything you need from dollar tree. 5$

Need to be very careful.Dog Fighters will be the first to inquire just so their dogs can it. They will have zero proof of ownership and will lie to you and try to trick you. Ask questions and questions their answers they also will use women and children to do their dirty work. They will grab any dog they can get their hands on. Ask for phone number and address and tell them you're going to match it to their license and call their phone..ask for pictures and the vets phone number..no proof no dog. It's not personal it's safety
