This extremely friendly, not neutered male cat keeps visiting my friends hse. His ear is not clipped. Does anyone recognize him? Seems young. They live around 97th and Shore.

Thanks for bringing inside to safety, food and water. Can you take it to a vet to scan for chip? The vet may also recognize the kitty and be able to contact its owners. Check with other local vets as well and contact the police. Also post fliers. And beware of bad actors!!! Also keep checking Nextdoor and Pawboost for cats found in and near your zip code.
