Description
Male, 2years old, neuter, blue Russian? Chipped and owner listed client of Banfield. They have contacted the owner twice and we have not gotten any response. They are not able to provide me the owner's information due to "HIPAA" the cat is not liking being in a crate and there's also safety concerns with our four rescue dogs not liking cats. Please help us find their owner as soon as possible.
