She should be back home with her owner. WPD picked her up in Hampton Sbdv. She is super sweet our neighbor walked around with her but could not find her owner. Not long after WPD picked her up Gracie’s neighbor was out looking for her and was told to go check the police department. I hope she is home safe with her owner.
