This is an American Brittany. Contact American Brittany Rescue or NBRAN because many Brittany owners contact these organizations looking for theirs. These are bird dogs and are known to go where their noses take them and can get lost. They are very friendly but can act very scared and jittery. Food is their friend and a soft place to lay their head when tired. I know there is a frantic person looking for him. It could be an older person not on Facebook.

Why don't you call the animal shelter and let them know that the dog seems to be homeless or neglected, if that is what you are showing because I really can't tell what this is about.
