Yubaba snuck out when we were taking out trash today! We have food and litter out and searched the neighborhood to no avail. She’s never been outside and is probably super scared right now, it’s supposed to be a hot one as well tomorrow. Please let us know if you seen her!

Notify Animal Control ASAP. File lost report. Check daily with Midlands Humane Society. Put owner’s dirty clothes in yard and in garage with water and bed. Leave door open enough cat can get in. If no garage, put items near house door she got out. Search in, under, behind every place she could be hiding, stuck or hurt. Ask neighbors’ permission to search their yards, and ask them to check garages and sheds so she wouldn’t be shut inside. After dark, search with flashlights so you see eyes shine. Search window wells, trees, bushes, vehicles parked in drives and street, storage areas, empty containers, boxes, ditches, weedy wooded areas, flower beds, etc. be sure to look in storm drains/street gutters. Cats often hide there for shelter and safety.
