The dog was called in for roaming on Little Rock Ave. When we found him, his chain leash got wrapped around a T-post in someone's yard. He is being held at Pulaski County Animal Services at 3403 W. 33rd St, Little Rock, AR 72204 You can our office at. He is very sweet and we can tell he belongs to someone. we already posted posters in the area were had found him.

Any help is appreciated for finding the owner. Contact Pulaski County animal services at 501-210-7508. He was found with his chain leash wrapped around a t-post. Was found with a Kong brand vest and metal chain leash. We put up posters in the area to locate the owner, but no one has called in. Was found on Little Rock Avenue.

Melinda Horn it’s a safety protocol. When he was found his short metal leash was wrapped around a t-post and he was very scared and lashed out.
