Dog is scared; he almost got hit by a car so took him home. I also contacted the Solano Human Society. Went to a vet, not chipped.

I’m not sure what the policies for returning a lost pup to someone who claims to be the owner. I would want to be absolutely sure the pup is going home to its owner. I’m so disappointed and disgusted by those who harm pets. This pup seems to be very well cared for and the owner is desperately looking for their pet
