This poor small white mix breed dog was found running scared, dirty, and soaking wet, looking like he had been outside for days. 💔 He was wearing a blue collar with a panic/shock collar attached to it. heartbreaking.💔 Bridgeport ACO contacted.

His owners don't care for him, I see him running in North end all the time. They are not good parents. Shame on whoever has a dog and lets them wonder around streets. There's many others as well in the North end and they end up hit by a car and dying. We need to address this problem. There's another one that is so adorable as well and I hope he is still ok, if u see a black chow chow, please Notify Bpt shelter and he needs to be taken away from His owners as well. I haven't seen him for a few days now, and I am praying to God he's ok. Why bring in a dog to your life, when you can't take care of them? 😢😢😢

If I remember correctly i think his name is Benji or something like that and his home is on Brooklawn across from my work place, I think I saw this same dog a year ago walking in the street alone but he when straight back to his home when I approached
