He is back at my house .. we don’t think the owners want him or take care of him tomorrow .. I am asking the owner if he will surrender. He keeps getting out and when they don’t seem to mind .. they let him out in the mornings and that’s it.. the house is on a very busy road

Rose City Vet is just up the road before you get to Fresh they can check for a micro chip. If transporting is a problem to get him checked send me a message and I can take him to check & bring him back to you if you want. I have seat covers on my seats for my 3 dobies in my car LOL
